semblog

semblog allows Topic Maps-based semblogging (semantic blogging),
i.e. blogging enhanced with semantic categories and relations represented with Topic Maps.
It extends the Java-based Blojsom (blojsom.sf.net) via TMAPI (tmapi.sf.net).
